Pickleball is currently the fastest-growing racquet sport in Europe, and court surface is one of the biggest quality decisions for any club, hotel or developer building a court. Unlike most of our flooring range, our pickleball surface is a purpose-built acrylic court mat — not vinyl — engineered specifically for pickleball's ball-bounce and grip requirements: a 7-layer system with an anti-aging acrylic surface, quartz sand texture for grip, and a fiberglass-reinforced backing for dimensional stability. It meets EN 12235 ball rebound standards, EN 13036-4 anti-slip requirements, and EN 13501-1 fire resistance class Cfl-S1. Produced by our OEM contract manufacturing partner and supplied under Nord Padel's existing logistics network — the same network we have used for padel court infrastructure since 2016. Available as a private-label product, with two-tone court/kitchen colour combinations and full technical documentation on request.
